Work Experience
Responsibilities
1. Prepare shop drawings in accordance with rough
sketch/AutoCAD/Revit/Advanced stecl software base on received structure
drawing and design intent from client/main contractor.
2. Maintain all drawing files, update drawings as needed and make correetions to
drawings as directed by the Project Manager and Project Director.
3. Attend meetings with consultants and contractors as part of project.
4. Engage with Clients / Main Contractors and update drawings based on
meetings and discussions in compliance with Regulation Codes and Practices.
5. Co-operate with Professional Engineer / Qualified Person for drawing
submission to authority.
6. Co-ordinate with the architect for sample submission and drawing proposals.
7. Communicate with production and construction teams and provide site
measurements, adjustments of cutting lists and shop drawings as necessary.
8. Assist and involve in taking off quantity and material costs for quotation,
variation Orders, tenders and claims.
9. Supervise and train/guide junior draftsperson.
10. Clarify and solve problems raised by teams.
11. Other ad hoc duties assigned.

Responsibilities
1. Prepare detailed engineering drawings in accordance with rough sketches and AutoCAD software, based on structural design data received from the Senior Design Engineer and technical site survey reports.
2. Maintain comprehensive records of all drawing files; update and revise drawings as required, incorporating corrections directed by the Senior Design Engineer, Project Manager, and Project Directors.
3. Attend meetings with consultants and sub-contractors as an integral part of project coordination and execution.
4. Liaise with Clients and Main Contractors; update drawings based on meeting outcomes and discussions to ensure full compliance with applicable regulatory codes, standards, and industry practices.
5. Oversee all on-site building works-including rebar placement, formwork, concrete casting, foundation construction, steel tower fabrications, and erection-through to successful site handover to the Client.
6. Establish site setting-out and organize site facilities in accordance with project requirements.
7. Prepare and submit technical reports to the Senior Design Engineer and Project Managers.
8. Manage and track all civil works design activities performed by sub-
contractors.
9. Manage and control all site engineering documentation, including content approval for the schedule of Primary and Final Site Acceptance Tests (PAT & FAT) with the Client,
10. Prepare and submit site progress reports to the Safety Manager, Regional Manager, Country Manager, and Client.
11. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
