Work Experience
Responsibilities
• Providing of technical shop drawing, fabrication drawings using AutoCAD, Revit , Advanced steel software to main contractor and fabricators.
• Managing site to make progress and settle day to day challenges arise from site.
• Liaising with BIM coordinator/design manager and site team personal to make sure no clash in the drawing and on site.
• Providing technical advice in building Metal works & RC works, fabrication, welding, erections and installation.
• Involved in quotation, claims, delivery order, purchased order, variation order and site verifications.
• Liaising with site supervisor , factory supervisor , fabricator and general workers to make sure project is finished in good and timely manner.
• Making sure that progressive claim is tally with actual site condition.
• Prepare, compile and submit progress claim in timely manner including updating payment records.
• Utilizing Autocad , Naviswork and Revit for coordination of shop drawings and quantity take off.
• Proper Documentation of drawings and all office related documents (including quotation, claims, Risk assessments, SWP etcs.

Responsibilities
• Managing in construction of 60 meters high steel structure telecom towers( from foundation to PAT & FAT) of Telenor / Apollo.Tower.
• Overseeing building work (Rebar, Formwork, Concrete Casting, Foundation, fabrications, Erection) until site hand over to client
• Setting out sites and organizing facilities
• Coordination with senior design engineer.
• Daily site progress tracker report to safety manager, regional manager ,country manager and Client.
• Schedule Client's engineer and QA team for site kick off and site PAT & FAT.
• Coordinate and arrange all sites surveys, soil test and make sure that TSSR (Technical Site Survey Report) are delivered to customers on agreed time frame.
• Arrange all civil works developments (including excavation, rebars, formworks, concrete casting, steel structures, etc.) and coordinate with logistic teams to make sure materials will be delivered on time.
• Making sure all the civil works comply strictly with company's HSE standards.
• Manage and track all civil works design activities done by sub- contractors.
• Manage all site engineering documentations content approval for the schedule of Primary\Final Site Acceptance Test (PAT & FAT) with client.
• In charge to draft all the standard specifications ensuring that customer approves it.
